Automatic roll slitter with 2 cutting heads/systems
– circular blade unit to cut displaceable (soft wound) rolls without loss of material (e.g. non-woven, textile, insulation/adhesive tapes etc.)
– circular saw unit to cut hard non displaceable rolls (e.g. paper, foil, etc.).
– additional KOMBI-feature for unwinding (e.g. strip off 50 meters from jumbo-roll and then cut it in stripes).
Material reception by faceplate and pinole, clamping with jaws, circular knife cutting unit with automatic grinding device.
Demonstration machine with a few operating hours.
