MOLEY®-PORTAL
Special machine for cutting long rolls of material with circular saw or circular knife blade.
Precise feeding and positioning, entry of the cutting tool from the top, automatic ejection on conveyor belt or depositing table.
Originally designed for separating rolls of flooring material (e.g. carpeting, PVC) without carrier shaft with circular saw blade, the machine is also available in an execution with circular knife blade tor cut fabric and nonwoven rolled up on a carrier shaft.
The portal design allows optimal material flow and automated handling, it is especially well suited for integration in an individual production line (e.g. combined with winder, cloth inspection table etc.).
Efficient, time-saving, with minimal use of the personnel and equipment.
